How To Place An Order
Step 1
Click the product photo or product name to see – Product Description, Available Sizes and Shipping and Returns. Choose the size and color and click “ADD TO CART” to move to My Cart. (Note: Each product has different size charts, color and other features. Please check and choose the correct features for your product)
Step 2
Click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” to add more items. To complete transaction click VIEW CART to review your items or click CHECKOUT to proceed directly to checkout page. Once you are on the checkout page Click “USE COUPON CODE” and enter coupon code if available. If you’re ready to place your order, click “ PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
Step 3
Fill out the Shipping Address and choose the Payment Method and Shipping method that will work best for you. Also, you can review your order ” on this page. Then click “PLACE ORDER” to proceed to Payment.
Step 4
At this point, you will be redirected to a secure page where you will select the mode of payment you wish to use. You have an option to you Mobile Money, debit or credit card payment as refered to on the the Payment Options page.
Select Mobile Money Option to Use:
- Airtel Money
- MTN Mobile Money or
- Zamtel Kwacha
Select Pay With Card Option to Use:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Union Pay
- Dinners Club
- Discover
- American Express
You can also select pay with PayPal.
Step 5
At this final stage, you will enter your payment details and then click “PAY” to complete your purchase. you may be redirected to another page where you will enter the security OTP code sent to your mobile number.
Step 6
Once order is successful, you will then be directed to the Confirmed page to see your Order Summary and your order number. You may click order number to see your “My Account” page where you can track and manage your orders.
